To confirm your holiday with ATN Travel, please confirm your booking via email to your Travel Consultant. They will provide you with a final invoice.

A 50% deposit should be made not less than 31 days prior to the date of departure. On receipt of the deposit, a Travel Voucher will be forwarded to you by email.

The full payment should be made to ATN Travel not later than 21 days prior to the commencement of the tour and through telegraphic transfer in accordance with bank details and a copy of the transfer remittance should be faxed or emailed to ATN Travel.

At least 14 days prior to the commencement of your tour, we ask you to confirm your arrival details with your Travel Consultant. Your Travel Consultant will forward details of where to meet on your arrival.

For your convenience, we provide four ways for you to pay.

2-Cash on arrival

For any urgent booking, the payment by cash upon arrival may be provided by ATN Travel. Please discuss this with us prior to arrival.
