Once you have found a tour that you would like, please email us with your booking details (your full name, nationality, email address, package name, departure date, number of people, and any special requests…). Or skype us and talk with us about the options you would like included in your trip and we will customise a tour for you. Once we have confirmed the details, we will send you an emaill confirmation with our payment information. With this, you can choose your preferred payment method and give us a deposit. Final payment is required before you travel. If you would like us to book flights, we require full payment of the flights in advance.

We allow you to change your dates with no additional cost. We must receive your request in writing – fax or email – and we will confirm receipt of the change. Complete cancellations of a tour does involve a cancellation fee, which depends on how far in advance of the tour you advise us. For each tour, the cancellation policy depends on the status of service we are providing. Please contact us for any changes or cancellations as soon as possible.

If you have questions about a particular tour or would like a longer, shorter or tailor-made tour, please contact us at info@atntravel.asia or by WhatApp, Skype and our travel experts will design the best travel itinerary for your specific needs.
If you have special requirements? For example: a large group, young children, infants or older persons, physical limitations, or special transportation needs. Please let us know, and we can work with both you and the service provider (restaurant, hotels, transportation, etc) to ensure that we meet your needs.

After you make an on-line booking, we will confirm your booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive our confirmation email.
