These booking terms and conditions contain valuable and important information. You must read them carefully and understand them. These are the conditions you have accepted when booking with ATN Travel and for the services provided by ATN Travel.

By booking with us and paying the deposit, or full payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accept the booking terms and conditions for this tour.

Reservation

Your reservation for package tours, hotels, international & domestic flights, and other services should be booked through ATN Travel. If you have booked flights directly with an airline, please provide all booking details prior to arrival.

Confirmation

All reservation requests are confirmed by return email:(info@asiatravelneed.com) or by facsimile (+855 63 966 769) and shall be confirmed within 5 working days. If any requests cannot be accommodated, information of the booking will be advised.

Rates

All rates are quoted in US Dollars per person and are subject to change without notice, prior to confirmation of booking. These rates are valid from 01 January 2020 to 30 September 2020, unless otherwise indicated.

Deposit Policy

The 50% deposit or full (final) payment of tour fare per person is required upon booking. Failure to provide a deposit with the booking may result in an automatic cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Should it be necessary to cancel a booked and confirmed tour, please advise us in writing. The cancellation is effective only upon receiving email or fax from you. Cancellation is subject to the following cancellation charge.

Cancellation Charged/Person

• More than 1 month prior to departure: charges 0% (however if the bank has charged fees to receive the deposit, this may be deducted)
• 15-30 days prior to departure charges 15 %
• 8-14 days prior to departure charges 50 %
• 3-7 days prior to departure charges 75 %
• 2 days or less prior to departure charges 100%

Amendment

Any amendment made after your booking is confirmed, an amendment fee of US$25 per person may be charged. In the event that your transfer your tour to another ATN Travel tour an administration fee of US$25 per person may be levied in addition to the amendment fee.

Complaints

Any complaint must be made in writing within 2 weeks after services have been rendered. Documentation is required.

Claims

No responsibility is accepted in respect of any complaint/claim which is not so made.

Refund

Tour members should be aware that the Company is acting as an agent for the service suppliers. After a deposit or full payment is made, all arrangements are subject to confirmation. When the arrangement cannot be confirmed, the Company will notify passengers at least 2 weeks before commencement of the tour. A refund of payment will be made if the tour is cancelled by ATN Travel. The Company shall not be liable

Child Policy

For children between 2 to 12 years old, the following price policy applies:
– Child in extra bed 15% discount on total package
– Child no bed 30% discount on total package
– Child in twin sharing 10% discount on total package

For an infant under 2 years old, the following policy applies:
– No extra bed, no meals, no entrance tickets or boat tickets. All land services are free

Travel Documents

Passengers must possess a valid passport and are responsible for obtaining necessary visa etc., prior to departure. Check with us for visa requirement and to obtain Tour Vouchers for package tours.

Cambodian visa can be applied for upon arrival.

• Tourist Visa US$30 valid for 1 month
• Business Visa US$35 valid for 1 month

Travel Insurance

ATN Travel, tour packages do not include Travel Accident/Casualty Insurance. All insurances are the responsibility of travellers. We highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin.

Service Voucher

The voucher will be issued by ATN Travel after the booked trip is confirmed and payment is finalised. A service voucher will be sent by email or fax to passenger.

Health Requirements

Clients should take into account all international travel risks and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited. Travellers who want to take part in any adventure trip are required to provide a doctor’s certificate stating that he/she is fit to travel and his/her blood pressure and heart condition are normal. Some tours include high altitudes and necessary arrangements should be made prior to booking with ATN Travel.

Luggage Allowance

In accordance with regulations of the Cambodia Air Lines, the free baggage allowance within Cambodia is 40kg for the business class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within Cambodia specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.

Liability & Responsibility

ATN Travel shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in part or in full, caused by climatic conditions, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond ATN Travel’ control. Neither ATN Travel nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.

Passengers are required to have full travel insurance. This includes trip cancellation, medical emergency evacuation, and other coverage. Airline schedule, train timetable and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, ATN Travel will endeavour to make similar arrangements in similar values.

ATN Travel shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent or fraudulent, omissions, changes of itinerary, cancellation or the failure of any equipment operated by any suppliers such as transportation carriers, cruise, and hotels, or any other party not directly owned or controlled by ATN Travel.

ATN Travel is not responsible for a client’s failure to comply with customs regulations.

ATN Travel is not responsible for the theft or loss of any customer’s valuables or items of personal property due to the negligence of the customer.

ATN Travel reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure. If ATN Travel has cancelled any tour prior to the commencement of the tour, ATN Travel is liable for a full refund of the money received by ATN Travel.

Many of ATN Travel tour packages to include activities which require careful attention. Such activities include boarding and going ashore from boats, climbing hills, trekking, cycling, Camping etc. You will receive help and advice from our representatives but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. ATN Travel, its employees and agents cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after its said employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary care.

ATN Travel reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice.
